Formula TKM 4-Stroke

The New TKM S7 has been specifically designed for the TKM 4-stroke engine using a upgraded development of the successful multi British Championship winning TKM S4.

The excellent handling characteristics and championship winning success (2004 & 2006 British Champion) of the original S4 have been retained with the addition of many revisions in chassis design and build detail. The new S7 is built in two versions to suit the Juniors on the Maxxis Green label tyres and in the Senior version to suit the softer Maxxis Red label tyres.

This is a kart built for superb handling and ultra long life. The TKM S7 JNR model was used by Tommy Truscott to win the 2007 BRITISH CHAMPIONSHIP in TKM 4 STROKE JUNIORS again proving the S7 really is the star of the grid.

 

	TKM S7 (Junior & Senior Model) Specification
	Wheelbase   1045mm. Chassis   High spec CDS tubes, craftsman welded in unique jigs for superb accuracy. Special sleeved areas to increase chassis life. High gloss powder coat finish S7 Junior & S7 Senior has different chassis designs. Stub Axles   Front ride-height adjustment with precision machined king-pin bolts, reamed stub axle yokes with adjust castor & camber & Ackerman steering. 8mm King pins on S7 Junior & 10mm King pins on S7 Senior. Axle   CNC machined black or gold anodised components throughout for maximum strength and accuracy. 40mm 2 bearing axle on S7 Jnr & 50mm 3 bearing rear axle on S7 Snr. Fuel Tank   Quick release 9 litre non surge design. Pedals   Variable position pedals and steering to suit all size drivers. Extra leg room for tall drivers. Brake pedal has multi-rod positions. Brake   Fitted as standard the latest designed CRG VEN05 high power hydraulic brake system. Features: Quick change brake pads, Self adjusting & Fully floating high flow cooling cast iron ground brake disc. Disc dimension: 18.5mm x 195mm. Wheels   130/210mm mono, 100% CNC machined. Seat   Fibreglass (others available on option) Plastic   KG Unico Crash Tested fitted as standard complete with Full TKM body sticker kit.
