R/R SPEED EVO REAR BRAKE CALIPER PISTON CONVERSION KIT

R/R Speed Evo Rear Brake Caliper Conversion Piston Kit. This kit once installed in the R/R Speed Evo caliper converts it from self adjusting to requiring brake pad shims as pads wear down. To carry out this conversion you will need to pull off the old self adjusting brass pistons from their 4mm diameter retaining pins connected to the screw in locators and then shorten these 4mm diameter retaining pins down to no more than 10mm protruding. If these pins are not shortened enough then these new style pistons cannot be installed correctly.
